Repair Program for FJC 2850 Digital Scale

• FJC offers a Repair Program for part # 2850 units that are out of warranty or have been damaged.
• Scales must be in repairable condition.
• FJC Repair Program will be handled directly by FJC.
• A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from FJC by calling 704-664-3587 before a return is made. 
• All shipments must have the Return Authorization (RA) number on the package.
• A repair form must be filled out and returned with the nonworking or damaged unit. (Download PDF form by clicking this link:  2850 Repair order Form or request by fax).
• All nonworking or damaged units must be returned freight prepaid to FJC to be repaired or replaced with a refurbished unit at FJC’s discretion.
• A flat cost of $79.00 will be charged for the repair or replacement and return freight cost.
• A check made payable to FJC, Inc. in the amount of $79.00 will need to be included with your return.
• The repaired or refurbished unit will be warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of shipment from FJC.
